Autograph Policies

The Autographs space is your chance to meet your favorite guests, get your favorite personal items signed, and find exclusive art they’ve brought along! Many guests offer unique items such as art, prints, and pins that you won’t find anywhere else.

Beyond signing prints and personal items, guests may also offer to record voicemails, take photos, or create videos with attendees as part of their services adding even more memorable experiences to your convention.

To make your autograph experience seamless and enjoyable, we’ve introduced a free pre-sign-up system.

How It Works:

  1. Visit the Autographs Space: Come to the autographs area on the day of or the day before you’d like to meet your favorite guest.
  2. Choose a Time Slot: Our staff will help you select an available 15-minute time slot based on the autograph schedule.
  3. Get Your Ticket: Once you’ve chosen a time, you’ll receive a ticket confirming your slot. Keep this ticket safe, as you’ll need it when you return.
  4. Return for Your Slot: On the day and time of your scheduled 15 minutes, return to the autographs area. Line up as usual, but instead of waiting for hours, you’ll have a quick and efficient 15-minute window!

You will be able to reserve a timeslot ahead of time, for a small fee, about a week before the con.

Additional Information:

  • Each guest sets their own pricing and decides whether to sign personal items for free or at a cost, and items can range from $10-$60 (as an average).
  • Autograph slots may be capped at any time to ensure the schedule runs smoothly.
  • Our autographs staff stays up-to-date on any pricing or policy changes and is available to answer questions during autograph hours.
  • Guests reserve the right to decline signing items for reasons such as bootleg merchandise, inappropriate content, or items unrelated to their work.

Rules for a Safe and Respectful Environment

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please follow these rules:

  • Do not go behind a guest’s table.
  • Do not take photos of a guest without their consent.
  • Be mindful of others in line and avoid extended conversations with guests.
  • Do not touch the guests.
  • Follow instructions from the autographs and guest relations staff.

Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate removal from the Autographs space.
